what you need to bring, what you need to know

For your successful recovery experience, this advance checklist is an overview of what to bring and what to expect during your stay with us. For more specifics, please contact our admissions office at (513) 777-1400:

Insurance Cards… both your primary and secondary cards for billing purposes*

Comfortable Clothing …easy to put on, 5-6 outfits, and don’t forget pajamas

Rubber Soled Shoes…comfortable, non-slip, with ankle support per doctor

Toiletries…we provide the basics, but feel free to bring your own prefences

Legal Documents…copies of your living will, power of attorney forms, etc.

Transportation To Us…the hospital social worker will discuss this with you

Transportation With Us…our social worker will help you once you arrive

Visiting Hours…family and friends may visit you anytime during
your stay 

Enjoy Main Street…feel free to enjoy the many amenities on Main Street

Room Calendars…we post our community activities on your bulletin board

Valuables…please do not bring during your stay; we cannot be responsible 

Doctor Visits…our doctors provide oversight, your doctor schedules visits

Room Options…private and shared-private, with private by special request

Room Amenities…Temperpedic beds, cable TV, telephone service and more

Laundry...we will launder your personal clothing, but others may also provide

Length of Stay…you may want to know how long you’ll stay with us.  Your stay depends on your ability and motivation to get better and improve your health condition.  Our team wants you to go home as soon as you are able, and they work with you to accomplish this goal.  One of the latest quality measurements is the rehab center’s length of stay. Our length of stay is much lower than the state and national average.  This is a clear indicator that your therapy team provides efficient, effective services to you.
